I bring a steady, grounded style—direct when needed, supportive always—and use CBT, DBT, MI, and evidence-based trauma work to help clients understand their patterns and regain control of their lives. I also have extensive experience with justice-involved individuals, helping people rebuild identity, stability, and self-trust after systems involvement. We move at your pace—nothing is rushed, nothing is forced, and you never have to share more than you’re ready for.
