Creating a safe, supportive space is at the heart of my work as a therapist. I believe safety grows through non-judgment, transparency, and genuine warmth—and I often use humor, and encourage it, in sessions to help my clients feel more at ease. In our work together, every part of you is welcome: sadness, loneliness, joy, chaos, anger, shame, or anything in between. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you build a path toward healing that feels authentic and sustainable. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and integrate evidence-based modalities including EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression across the lifespan. As both a Veteran and military spouse, I have a particular passion for supporting Veterans, Active Duty service members, and their families as they navigate
