Trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions significantly impact our lives and functioning. If unaddressed, these challenges can feel unmanageable. They can cause you to feel hopeless, misunderstood, ashamed, and isolated. They can cause you to feel trapped in patterns of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, patterns you adapted to cope and survive, but which may no longer serve you. I believe all humans have an immense capacity to heal and grow. I also know that sometimes we get stuck and can benefit from some extra support.
