My clients range from LGBTQIA community and those exploring their gender expression, to neurologically diverse clients (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD) POC, and those learning to manage trauma, depression or anxiety. As a strengths-based counselor, I believe each of my clients is the expert in their own lives and that clients have innate skills to build on to improve their lives. I cultivate an awareness of those skills using mindfulness to help them look at everyday moments and realize new opportunities for change and growth at the intersection of many facets of their identities.
