Relationship challenges, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and trauma are common issues I work with in adults. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, which includes non-traditional partnerships. I primarily work somatically, other orientations I use are: parts work (IFS), trauma reprocessing, and psychodynamics. Are your past experiences impacting your present? Do you have an unhealthy pattern which you struggle with such as addiction? If so, it’s likely you’ve experienced trauma in your past. I help my clients identify these traumas, and learn healthier coping mechanisms so they can alleviate their stress and/or PTSD.
