I provide psychotherapy services to adults, couples, adolescents and families. I seek to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship to foster a process of self-awareness, insight, hope, healing and transformation. My expertise includes the use of mindfulness and eclectic psychotherapy to address mental illness, substance abuse, addictions, fluctuations in mood, feelings of dissatisfaction in relationships or at work. I am licensed in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
