Thank you for the courage and the thought of "maybe I can do something" that brought you here. As a licensed clinical social worker/therapist practicing in New York and New Jersey, I am committed to using evidence-based therapies, such as MI, REBT, CBT, psychodynamic and narrative therapy, to work with her clients in facing the many challenges of life: self-esteem, trauma, intergenerational conflict, intimate relationships, chronic illness, and aging. I hope to embrace the vulnerability, ambivalence, and shadows together with clients by creating a supportive and inclusive space.
