Realizing help is needed and then asking for it takes a lot of courage. Our already chaotic world has become more so during these crazy, turbulent times, but thankfully relief via telehealth is available. As I have lived abroad, I believe I view the world through a diverse lens. Additionally recovering from some chronic conditions has allowed me to have a greater appreciation of living in today. Through these perspectives, I’m able to offer coping strategies and skills to assist others as they navigate through their daily struggles and use their strengths to work toward self-fulfillment and their authentic self.
