I am a licensed psychologist who has been in practice for over 30 years. I have worked with people who have experienced a variety of challenges and difficulties. My approach to therapy is integrative, blending elements of different approaches to tailor therapy to each person's needs. I have extensive training in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach is patient and compassionate , with the feelings of the person seeking help of primary importance.
