I practice Holistic methods focusing on Emotions, Belief Systems, Relationships, Health and Spirituality. Counseling is safe and confidential for women, men, couples and adolescents who are dealing with addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, anger, incest, infidelity, women's issues, and PTSD.
