I work best with adults who are navigating complexity—people who care deeply, often care for others, and may struggle to care for themselves. Many of the individuals I support are helpers, parents, postpartum moms, older adults, and those living with the impacts of trauma, binge eating, or bulimia. I view life as something we each walk through on our own path. It can be painful, confusing, and unpredictable—and at the same time, I believe deeply in the importance of creating pockets of safety, comfort, and meaning even when fear or uncertainty is present. As a therapist, I am warm and compassionate—with a touch of gentle sass.
