It's difficult to choose a therapist off of a list so I hope it will provide some confidence knowing that I have been in private practice in Orange County for almost 40 years. I specialize in relationship issues with couples and with various issues for individuals. I also work with teens and young adults. I have had great success with a specific journaling technique that I have developed and am confident that I can help you with whatever challenges you are currently experiencing.
