As a musician myself, I am familiar with the highs and lows of the creative process. I specialize in working with artistic people, helping them to achieve their growth potential, and to silence the self-critical thoughts and reactions to negative feedback they might receive from the outside world.I am an experienced therapist, having practiced for 25+ years. I use a developmental approach, tailoring my therapy to particular age groups - job situations, relationships, mid-life crises or physical limitations and retirement in older adults. I also specialize in working with couples with a certificate in EFCT.
