Hi there! I’m Ruth. Do you ever feel like you are being pushed and pulled on the current of life, struggling to make it all work? You deserve to live a life that makes you feel excited to face every day - and this can often feel tough. I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story, to see where you have been, as you find new ways to move forward in your life. I have been licensed as a mental health professional for over 30 years, working in various settings. I believe in the organic process of therapy, that is meeting you where you are with the issues YOU bring. In the first session, we will begin by discussing your goals for treatment and how therapy works. We will start with the issues which are foremost on your mind and work from there.
