Hello and welcome! I work with adults with general mental health issues - such as depression, anxiety and relationship issues- in addition to more ​specific issues such as bulimia, ADHD and with individuals suffering from narcissistic or psychological/emotional abuse. My ideal client is someone who is open to exploring their issues but needs someone to help them find their way when things get difficult. I work collaboratively with you to figure out what you want and how you can get it. We will explore your strengths and weaknesses together, and build on your strengths to help you blossom toward your goals. ​
