We’ll care for the parts of you that need attention allowing you to move forward with resilience and joy. With 20 years of experience, I draw on approaches like IFS and EMDR to help you create lasting and meaningful change. My style is relational, engaged, and attuned to what feels most helpful for you. I welcome individuals and couples of all ages and my practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming. My specialties include anxiety, grief, trauma and C-PTSD, stress, Relationship challenges, shame, self-esteem, disordered eating, toxic work or family dynamics, recovery from sexual, emotional or narcissistic abuse, depression and life transitions.
