I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, and I am proud of you for taking the first step in this process. Everyone who enters therapy comes for their own reason. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgemental space for you to be your authentic self and for you to tell your story. I realize that being open with someone new can be tough.
