Accepting NEW clients... Clients often express feeling heard & hopeful after our first session. I believe a strong client-therapist connection is crucial. Finding the right therapist can be challenging & my goal is to make that process as comfortable as possible. It is natural to feel overwhelmed by life at times. Together we will create a personalized treatment plan with a focus on the whole person (mind & body), as every person is unique. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help people identify what they are already doing well, and to help them see & build on that potential. Small changes can make a big impact.
