I am passionate about and dedicated to the mission of helping others grow and learn. My sole focus is on helping you to reach your goals. I provide understanding and compassionate support as well as a safe place to process the many stressors we encounter in life. I have experience addressing a wide array of difficulties to include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and co-occurring concerns. I have worked in both outpatient and residential levels of care as well as within group settings. I am willing to meet all who walk through the door wherever they may be at in their own journey.
