I work great with clients who are seeking someone down to earth, authentic, and who want to be pushed to grow. Every person has the capacity to heal and reclaim their most authentic selves. This includes my passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks. This work is ideal for folks who want to build a deep understanding of how they are impacted by their traumas (and we all have them in some way) and the lasting impacts they can leave - including mental health concerns, substance use, and identity-based stress. This work can allow you to know yourself deeply and be more in control of how you want to respond, rather than react, to life.
