Welcome! It can be daunting to search for a therapist. I want to acknowledge your courage and welcome all the parts of you - including the ones who are unsure, resistant, or concerned about beginning counseling. I am trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 2), a healing model that effectively addresses life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma and other symptoms or difficulties. I do my best to embody presence, openness, and compassion to help client’s entire systems feel comfortable and safe, both to be seen and vulnerable.
