I believe everyone wants to be happy. I know that with the right tools and approach can you eliminate stress, anxiety, and depression, and ultimately live a happier and more fulfilling life. I am present focused and future orientated and work with adults and couples who recognize a gap between where they are and where they want to be — whether personally, professionally, or in their relationships. Often, past experiences or unresolved wounds can make it difficult to move forward. My goal is to help you close that gap by developing new strategies, building insight, and setting achievable goals. I bring over a decade of experience doing Neuropsychological Testing & Assessments, therapy, and coaching with professionals, retirees, geriatric clients, families, LGBTQ+, veterans, and neurodivergent clients. This foundation allows me to assess challenges, set goals, monitor progress, and build better skills for self-regulation and symptom management.
