I believe in healing through connection and embrace a relational approach to therapy. I enjoy learning my clients' individual needs and strengths and through these interactions, collaborate to identifying the best approach to meet their therapeutic goals. Attachment issues and trauma often impact trust. I work with clients to identify these challenges in an intentional and trauma informed process. I have a background in clinical supervision and offer individual supervision that aligns with licensing requirements. I believe strongly in providing therapy for mental health providers.
