Hello, my name is Ryan, I enjoy working with teens and adults who are experiencing a variety of concerns such as: trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and relationship problems. You can expect to be met with empathy, support, and respect. Being a former coach, I apply mentoring fundamentals as part of my support philosophy. I use my education and proven methods to get results. Forming productive and meaningful relationships with each person I meet is the highlight of my job.
