Yes, emotions can suck sometimes. They can be unbearable and overwhelming but you're not alone - I am available to help you navigate through it. As a Filipino-American queer male, my practice is geared towards helping individuals that struggle with identity, lingering traumas, or anxiety/worry about their future especially those within the Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) and LGBTQ+ communities. Seeking help and talking about some of our darkest and most difficult moments can be really challenging. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
