Together, we will name problems and address them in the way that best sets you up for success. Sometimes these challenges are bigger than you; they're part of larger, systemic issues. While I move through the world as an able-bodied cis White man, I intentionally observe the ways in which one's identities impact them and shape their realities. Many of my clients have two things in common: 1. They are curious about themselves and the world around them. 2. They recognize that their real self and ideal self are misaligned. I do my best work with those who identify as overachievers who are more likely to focus on the one thing they haven't attained rather than the nine that they have.
