I believe that although change is inevitable, it takes courage to be active in guiding change toward personal growth. My goal is to create an environment where real and sustained growth is possible. I am a master's level, dual licensed clinician. I hold a license as a Professional Counselor, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a seasoned family therapist, couple's counselor, individual therapist. I am a seasoned trauma informed therapist, and I am comfortable working many diverse individuals and their unique life stories.
