As life's stressors build and compound, coping on your own can be a very difficult challenge and can often leave oneself in need of a little extra help. My passion for therapy stems from the belief that we are all in need of safe spaces in life where vulnerablity and trust can develop, yielding healing and growth in areas that tend to hold us back. My goal is to create a safe space that is absent of judgment and welcomes the most vulnerable and honest parts of ourselves. In this dynamic, utilizing empathy and compassion, we will walk together through the difficulties that exist at a pace that is comfortable for YOU.
