I seek to help families, young adults and adults navigate recovery as it relates to substance abuse and mental health issues. If I could have an "ideal client", it would be someone that has never been to a residential facility before and to catch them before it gets to that point. Most often, the people I work with have some substance use history along with mental health issues. Fulfillment, time management, family relationships, communication, harm reduction, abstinence, stability, etc. are often topics that people I work with seek help for.
