Hello! I am a Licensed Counselor, and provide virtual individual therapy sessions for adults. Many people I work with are wanting a place to process challenges in their life. I strive to be supportive and nonjudgmental in working with people on the challenges they are facing. My approach to therapy is to work alongside people, and explore both insights into the topics they discuss, and coping skills that may be helpful for them. While I like to be eclectic in theoretical approaches, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, often.
