I work with many individuals seeking a new level. Many are business owners, leaders of people and teams, athletes and students. Often, it takes a new way of thinking or new perspective. Many of my clients are looking for next-steps, a better understanding their circumstances or how to characterize feelings or events in their lives. I specialize in positive psychology and my orientation is forward looking and strength based. My sessions may include projects, "homework," and challenges. As a psychology professor, I also like to help explain what is going on or what people may expect when it comes to what they’re going through.
