About

Since 2013, I have supported individuals working through addiction, trauma, homelessness, family conflict, domestic violence, personality disorders, and other mental health challenges. I enjoy working with people of every demographic and identity expression, and I am especially passionate about working with young adults, African American and multiracial individuals and families, as well as the neurodivergent community. I help my clients to create the life story they want to live, by building self-understanding, practicing self-acceptance, and developing their personal strengths.
