I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and EMDR, tailoring each intervention to the unique needs of my clients. My goal is to help individuals build insight, resilience, and emotional clarity in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I have clinical experience working with children and families, including implementing behavioral interventions that support both child development and parental insight.
