Welcome to my page! Therapy should be both a trusted relationship and a form of healthcare that improves your mental well being. Much of my work is focused on helping clients heal from trauma or adverse experiences, such as harmful parenting or hurtful relationships. Adverse experiences can be anything where the nervous system gets activated and doesn't get the relief it needs. I'm passionate about working with the LGBT community and appreciating all the nuances that come with same sex relationships and different gender identities. I also see many clients with ADHD and Autism spectrum traits, two examples of neurodiversity.
