Sometimes life throws us into situations we never imagined facing. As a trauma therapist, I focus on helping clients uncover the deeper roots of what holds them back from living as their most authentic selves. When we endure hardship, our bodies often cling to the survival tools that got us through—even when those tools no longer serve us. Sometimes they fit the moment; other times, they can make things more difficult. In our work together, we'll gently slow things down, explore what truly works for you, and begin the shift from automatic reactions to intentional responses.
