It is a vulnerable thing to find what makes us who we are. I believe there is an important answer for my clients, and I work to provide a space to find it. I also have experience in men’s mental health, helping clients explore identity, relationships, and emotions. Using psychodynamic therapy, parts work, and MI, I create space for clients to explore expression, patterns, build resilience, and move toward healing.
