I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained my Master’s degree from University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Different therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered and psychoeducation are utilized to help work towards goals for therapy. Therapy is a learning process about how to address concerns and to help the client grow.
