I bring experience working with a broad range of individuals, from adolescents to older adults, including those who are seeking mental health treatment for the first time as well as those more familiar with the positive life changes that can be achieved through therapy. I have worked with patients experiencing a wide range of issues, such as depression and anxiety, major life transitions, grief and loss, work, family and relationship stress, complex trauma (abuse, neglect, exposure to violence) ,as well as those coping with severe mental illness, and addiction.
