I work under the umbrella of coaching - both as a transformational coach and a sport psychology consultant. As a former high school coach and counselor, I provide a unique approach that is both authentic and encouraging in nature. I work best with clients that are open-minded and adaptable as well as introspective and contemplative. Sense of humor plays an essential role in the rapport building progress. Once that is established, I make sure to carefully listen to each individual's unique story, assist in planning ahead for challenges, channel strengths, and collaboratively track progress together.
