I prefer to focus on the human element of therapy. I’m not going to throw manualized treatment or jargon at you (unless that’s what you want!) - instead, we’ll figure out what will work best for you and build from there. It makes for a much more awesome experience. I facilitate a more casual environment where we can openly discuss anything that’s on your mind and where you can explore who you are and how you relate to others/ the issues you’re experiencing. I specialize in working with athletes at all levels. If anxiety or other issues are getting in the way of performing your best, I’m your guy.
