I use a client-centered approach and seek to provide my clients with an authentic and safe relationship where they can show up as they are. I see individuals, couples, and families and have experience with sexual addiction, low self-esteem, spiritual struggles, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, skills coaching, and identity formation.
