Hey, hi, hello. Welcome to the introductions. My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand you and the stories you live in. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe place where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. I support individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges. I do my best to adapt the therapy process to each person. I think therapy works best as a collaboration. Our approach will start with what I know: Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Then therapy will evolve to cater to your unique style.
