Accepting new clients for in-person and virtual visits! I serve adults of any age struggling with trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and many other mental health concerns. I seek to help those dealing with pain, fear, anger, guilt, and shame, be it from past experiences, harmful relationships, life changes, or any other source. You never have to carry those feelings alone, and it is okay to feel them, but you also get to choose what you do with them.
