Whether it's a lack of skills, motivation, or intrusive thoughts, I support clients through various challenges such as depression, self-harm, motivation issues, mindset shifts, ADHD, and more. My primary approach is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), though I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities. Additionally, I provide ADHD and Autism assessments, as well as clinical supervision for PLPCs pursuing licensure.
