I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. I am a counseling intern under clinical supervision with Serenity Zone Therapy, working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating stress, emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I am currently a career counselor and previously worked as a school counselor, which has shaped my understanding of development, transitions, and the emotional challenges people face across different stages of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths based.
