Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Connecticut. I obtained my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St John's University. I have been working in the field for approximately 4 years. Currently, I work alongside a team in community mental health. I now want to apply what I have learned to a larger audience. I work to help clients with anxiety, depression, and life stress. In our first session, both parties will give introductions stating their expectations of what they hope to obtain from the sessions. Can the client explain their presenting problem, if possible, or may I ask some questions?
