I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who aims to assist individuals in navigating all that life throws our way. I have worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings addressing numerous and sometimes coexisting experiences. My client base has expanded across varying levels of care and in lots of different settings including schools, hospitals, private practice, and short-term employee assistance. I have been fortunate to work closely with a multitude of diagnoses in each of these environments.
