Being authentic matters to me. I show up as a real person in the therapy room, and I want you to feel like you can do the same. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, open up, and unpack everything you’ve been carrying: the stress, the thoughts you keep to yourself, the experiences you’ve been through, and all the stuff life has handed you. In sessions, I actively notice patterns, interrupt when it’s useful, ask direct questions, and challenge and encourage clients to pay attention to their thoughts and emotions because that’s how unhealthy patterns change.
