During these uncertain times, mental health is of utmost concern. Isolation, anxiety, life stressors, & financial worries can all have a detrimental impact to one's mental health. Teamwork makes the dream work and I'd like to accompany you on the moon with a fishing pole! Personal connection can be hard to come by & one of my goals is to create a genuine connection. It might appear impossible to connect with an individual, talk about life, and progress in personal development, but we got this! If you are looking for someone to walk with you on a journey of self-discovery and "aha" moments, I look forward to meeting you! I am currently only accepting self-pay and some private insurances. In our free phone consultation, I will be specific as to private insurances my group practices accepts.
