Hi! I am a CBT and Motivational Interviewing trained therapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health practice. I have received a master’s in social work with a focus on mental health and a PhD in disability studies with an emphasis on blending mental health supports with people of all backgrounds and abilities. I take a solution focus approach and work collaboratively with clients form a strength-based lens to determine what is working for them and what may need to be adjusted to enhance desired well-being and an overall quality of life. I work at your pace in treatment while helping you identify and achieve your goals.
